Packaging

The Genius Traveler 9010LS comes in a clear plastic package, with a full color insert that has a glossy metallic look. The front of the box shows a top-down view of the mouse and its tiny USB receiver that is included. Also on the front you are shown that this is a 2.4Ghz wireless laser mouse. You get a first glance at the features of the Darkeye Laser Engine. Which will allow the mouse to work on some surfaces that you may not expect (nor ever tried), like marble, carpet, your couch sofa, or even glass. You will also see that the mouse works for Windows® (A Windows® 7 logo is shown) or Mac.

Nice little mouse for sure. The only complaint that I have about it is that its wireless. I hate having to buy/look/recharge battery's. I wish they made a wired version. Nice that it works on a bunch of different surfaces though.

I usually have the same issue, but the batteries in these things last AGES. Like, six months to a year, usually. So it's not too bad.

Yeah I think the key is to remember the on/off switch on it and save some battery life
