Group Seating Requests

Okay wow, we had such a big response that we basically have nearly filled up the room. I'm going to have to lock group requests down for now to save some room for general admission

Okay starting today groups can request seating blocks to hold. As I posted in our registration post the way this will work is one person from a group can request a block of seats for them and their friends. On January 5th I will send information on how to get registered to each group leader and they will be responsible for making sure everyone in their group gets signed up and seated. We won't be manually seating people so make sure they or you are ready to lock down the seats at that point. Normal registration opens up on Jan 8th at 5PM, at that time any seats that aren't filled will be fair game.

To request a group block I need the group leader to post up on here and let me know what seats they need. It is first come first serve. Also I reserve the right to stop group block reservations at any point if we don't feel it will leave room for smaller groups to get in. Group sizes must be 3 or more people to qualify. Also please leave some end seating available for non-group registrations as well.

When asking for a block use the table names and remember that the seat numbers start in the top left at 1 and end at 16 in the bottom right corner.

Okay here is the updated map with everyone who has posted other than stealth because there were a few problems with yours. Jake if you are reading this ping me. I need everyone to look and make sure I have your request correct as well please!

he said before he needs 9 seats so I think he might need D 5-8 and D 12-16, can you confirm?

I think I'm going to have to lock it down now. We have nearly filled the room up and we need to keep some seats open for normal registration. I will post up the updated seatmap here shortly once I work one thing out.

Pretty sure you have from the 5th to the 8th to get signed up and squared away or your saved chunk ins't so saved anymore.

groups will have until the 8th at 5 pm for payments then if no payment no seat saved
