Performance
With everything connected, all drivers installed and everything running like a clock it was time to run some tests. First off was 3DmarkVantage. Keep in mind though that this machine will not see any sort of hardcore gaming. The occasional flash based browser game but nothing beyond that.
Thought they would be worseSecondly we ran PCMark7 to really see how the machine would handle every day tasks.
Not to shabby for a little over $300 worth of parts
Lastly we ran CrystalDiskMark to see what kind of speeds we were seeing on the SSD hooked up to a Sata2 connection.
Any SSD is better than a platter HDD
