Packaging

The Thermaltake Frio Advanced is contained in a black cardboard package. On the top panel (in white lettering) is the product name Frio Advanced, under this is product number, and the words “CPU Cooler” The front panel has the Thermaltake logo in the top left, and below this to the right is the product name and a catch phrase “Made to Overclock.” Beneath that is an image of the Frio Advanced displayed over a design that resembles radio waves.  The right side of the package has a red strip at the top, and under this is three bullet points that are translated in to twelve languages. The left side panel has a detailed list of specifications. Finally, the back panel has a description of three key features, and eight photos of the Frio Advanced with a corresponding description under them.

When the package is opened, you are greeted by a white box containing you Intel and AMD mounts as well as the backplate. Thermaltake’s backplate is an interesting design; it is made of thick plastic and works for both AMD and Intel sockets depending on its orientation.  Under the accessory box is your Thermaltake Frio Advanced cpu cooler. It is surrounded by Styrofoam that’s molded to fit your new cooler, keeping it secured.  The Thermaltake Frio Advanced comes preassembled with the 130mm fans already mounted on the heatsink. The Frio Advanced packaging gets the job done with its eye-catching images and informative features, its standards Thermaltake.
