===Community Made Eyefinity/Surround Patch for COD: Black Ops===

In addition to the performance issues plaguing the Black Ops release, the title shipped without proper support for multi-monitor gaming (AMD's Eyefinity, NVIDIA Surround, or Matrox TripleHead2Go).  Black Ops continues keeps the streak alive within the COD library, with no included support for these high-end systems.  No COD title has shipped with support for multi-monitor setups.

Members of the WSGF continue to provide mods and patches to provide this support.  The most well known is the "Widescreen Fixer" from "dopefish".  His tool provides fixes for five COD titles, two Battlefield titles, the original BioShock and several other games.  While Treyarch couldn't (or wouldn't) implement proper support in the 18 months of development, the WSGF provided a solution to gamers within the first 24 hours of release.

Info on the patch can be found here, along with running dialog on testing, issues and additional improvements:

===Deus Ex: Human Revolution Footage from AMD Tech Day Proves Excellent Eyefinity Support===

Additionally, we have footage from the recent AMD Tech Day 2010 in Los Angeles.  The footage focused on titles shown in Eyefinity, and providing a glimpse at the proper Eyefinity support that Eidos is building into Deus Ex: Human Revolution.

Deus Ex DX11 showcase using Eyefinity footage, focusing on the Tessellation being implemented:

Deus Ex Eyefinity gameplay footage from the show floor.  This is not a reel or canned footage.  The gameplay proves proper "Hor+" support, along with a properly centered menu/inventory and HUD - both of which maintain their proper aspect ratio.  Basically the antithesis of the support provided by Treyarch:

===WSGF Review of the Radeon HD 6870 and 6850 with Eyefinity Benchmarks===

The WSGF is one of the few sites providing benchmarks in both widescreen and multi-monitor.  We've been testing and benchmarking multi-monitor systems since the Matrox TripleHead2Go, and have continued that trend through the AMD Eyefinity and the NVIDIA 3D Vision Surround.  Our recent review of the HD Radeon 6870 and 6850 tested seven games in both widescreen and Eyefinity, in both single and CrossFire configurations.
