I've seen your name on a lot of reviews lately. How do you have time?

Looking at the layout of the fins. It looks cool. However, it reminds me alot of a cheese grater... How lethal is it? Were you concerned at all about cutting yourself? Were the fins sturdy enough to not have to worry about gripping the cooler?

I know some Zalmans ive had always felt delicate and lethal.

I definitely had that concern at first, with the design coming to somewhat at a 'point' around the edge. The fins are pretty thin too, which can be a pretty lethal trait in itself. After handling it and squeezing in beside it to hook up some cables, it didn't leave any marks or cause pain. It's definitely sturdy enough to grip by the fins. And it does look awesome.

thats very reassuring!

For reference. I have a cooler ( which i like! it does a good job) very similar to this one.

though i like using it i always dread touching it. It feels flimsy(though ive never damaged it) and i can guarantee at least one good nick while moving it.

I have one very similar to that, with a blue LED. And I know EXACTLY what you're talking about. :)

Where does the power lead run on the SpinQ? It almost appears in the pics to come out through the top..

It actually originates from the epicenter of the fan, running along one of the six plastic 'legs', clipped to the top to secure slack, and runs off the side to the mobo.
