How about HDCP? Though I can't imagine this being able to copy the output of a Bluray player. This might be cool for those of us with satellite tv, without a dvr. Will it work with Windows Media Center? Or do you have to use their software?

I don't believe it is HDCP compliant, but I'll check for myself when we get home. As far as WMP goes, once the file is created I believe you can use WMP for playback, but the initial recording is done in the suite from AVerMedia.

Are both HDMI ports on it, inputs? See what you can get it to do within Windows Media Center, Win7 version. I don't mean Media Player. WMC is the HTPC app.

OH! sorry, i'm not familiar with 7 yet...

but yeah, we'll check that out.

*One port is HDMI, one port is the same interface, to be used with the 10-in-1 conversion dongle
