So, some people living in the caveman era just might be oblivious to what foursquare is/was. Was is probably the more appropriate term now, as Facebook has seemingly replicated their service, and made foursquare otherwise irrelevant. Facebook Places allows you to check-in to locations.. shops, restaurants, bars, what have you. Here's the scary part of the service: it lets others check you in to places as well. So, you're supposed to be spending your night at home doing homework, or at least that's what you've told your girlfriend, when suddenly a friend checks you in to Harry's Hookers and Hookah. Problem, right?
Fortunately, Facebook did include an option in privacy settings to disable this feature. Continue on with your sneaky acts, gents.
