Well a month ahead of the lan we have already sold out. In fact due to some confusion we oversold and opened up another table for a few people. If you didn't get into the lan and want to go please let us know. We will be evaluating our space and power to make sure we can't fit any more. If we do open up more seats we will let those who are interested know.

So the official count is 73 people!

Thanks for accomidating those people who signed up on the edge of fullness. I could see cutting people off the week of, but i think the more the merrier, so long as we have enough power to go around! :-)
Maybe you could offer a discount for people with smaller power supplies:blush:

We account for the average power supply but we don't want to push the building to far and cause power outages or have the building be too cramped. I have had a few people contact me about availability. If you are reading this and you still want to go please post so we have an idea of where we stand.

I will take a wild stab at this and almost bet all my marbles that the concession stand in fact gets its power from the actual building versus having its own 110 or 220 hook up. Vialdragon, your thoughts?

Ehhh WRONG!! haha.. I don't really know...... but with all the equipment that is used in concession stands I'm guessing they have their own. But that doesn't mean we have access to it either.

How bout we get access to it and just have the extra people setup in the infield right on home plate. LOL!!

the ac is so good i had to wear long sleeves in 80 weathe rinside buildin, it nice

I would love to put my comp in a closet or any workaround available. i havent lanned in months and will commit a felony to make this one if i have too.. i have tried to prepay to maybe knock a couple of No pay peeps but that option is locked out I think. let me know i can paypal immediatly!! thanks

haha yeah. There were a couple lans where the ac wasn't working too well. But even then we made it :)

I can get a ride back home from Ferris State that weekend, but if I can get a ride down from the Coldwater area, then I can come.

Thanks for the interest Kris. Sucks that we sold our but it's good for the site. I know that we will keep people up to date on the seating. Not sure if we can handle anymore but Garfi3ld will let ya know.

We want people to get on board as early as possible. It just so happens that we sold out in record time. I guess people wanted to save $5 and i'm with em. Five bucks is five bucks.

I know its hard for some to get plans made in advance but for us it's the way to go. It would really suck if we didn't do that and just took people at the door and then had way to many people show up and we hard to turn them away.

No problem, Wingless92. I appreciate the reply. I knew my chances were slim on finding a spot, but I thought I'd check anyway. I originally didn't think I was going to go, because of school next quarter, but my plans changed recently over the weekend and I thought I'd check and see if there were any seats available.

I will definitely have to catch up with you guys at the next one.

If you ever get a chance, come down to the Dayton Nexus miniLAN's. Thanks again!

Just to give everyone a headsup, I will be sending out an email tonight asking for anyone else who can make it to email me. The first 4 people to email me back and then to also pay for the seat(after I respond to them confirming they are one of the 4) can get our extra seats. I don't want to open up the registration the traditional way because it won't stop people from registering and paying after we run out of seats.
