Screwed up my back

Not sure what I did but I didn't go to work today. I almost fell in the shower and I have been having problems walking. While in a seated position I am having problems lifting my left leg. Going to the chiropractor here in a bit. Having my dad take me. I can barely move around the house. I have had this happen before and it's not fun. Good thing I made it to the computer! LOL. Its not even funny how much it hurts.

Chiropractors are awesome for realigning anything you might have knocked out of whack. Might take a couple of visits. Also might want to try alterating hot and cold compresses where it hurts. Ask the chiropractor for advice on that. Good luck man, been down that road before a couple of times!

Back from the chiropractor. It feels better but I still have a hard time with walking. Gonna be a few days before i'm back up and around.

I got really screwed up at Cedar Point one year, couldn't even raise one of my arms. Visited the chiropractor and within 24 hours I was back to 100%. Good stuff.

Wow, good reason to go on a beach-side vacation and not to an amusement park.
