So, apparently Blizzard is offering a time-limited version of StarCraft 2 to residents of Mexico, Argentina, Chile, and Brazil. The convesion rates for the time-limited edition run between $20-$30, as opposed to a full, unlimited option also available at $60.

This... I don't understand. Its justified like this: "One of our design goals for StarCraft II was to make it accessible to a wide range of players, from beginners to veterans," said Mike Morhaime, CEO and cofounder of Blizzard Entertainment. "The same is true with regard to our pricing options — we want to make sure players have the flexibility to experience the game according to their own preferences and play style." (Kotaku.com)

If thats true, why just those select countries? Why not in America too? Am I missing something? The time-limit allows either 30- or 60-day subscriptions, two of which equal the full price of the game. Just seems kinda random to me I guess.
