I know I've told Townie and Alex about this, but has anyone else had a chance to check out the demo on Steam? Basically it's like a cross between Geometry Wars and Audiosurf. It uses your MP3s to create a custom level in which your goal is to destroy any asteroids, enemy ships or bosses that get in your way. It has a level system that's incredibly addictive, along with leaderboards and Steam Cloud support. Check out the demo and let me know what you think! At only $10, it's practically a steal, and I've already easily gotten my money's worth out of it.

You'll probably get some responses about this. A few of us have it already. I've yet to get it. I want to sometime though. It looks pretty sweet. I missed it on the 7.99 sale.

Is the demo a temporary deal? It would seem like something they couldn't have up for long, without limiting the time in-game, since levels are generated by MP3 files.

Also, just curious, does it work with other sound files? WMA or OGG?

I gave the demo a try. Seems like just another "2 stick shooter".

Was thinking about getting this game. I like the idea of having a completely new game whenever I play it, especially suited for my mood.
