ARAM Most OP Teams

We've been playing ARAM for a while, what do you guys think would be the most OP team on Howling Abyss?

I'm going to go with:

Varus - Q is great for poke and securing kills while staying way in back of the back line. Ultimate is pretty easy to hit as teams tend to group in fights and come from one direction. E is a good AoE for finishing off runners.

Jax - Tanky and strong turret clear, jumps can focus carries.

Master Yi - Healing CD ability and the burst damage available, I've seen penta kills often.

Karthus - Cast after death, and global nuke. I've seen penta kills often.

Lux - Can go supporty or glass cannon, ult plays well with the rest of the team.

All very good champs in ARAM.

Any team w/ Blitzcrank = GG

Had 2 matches with sona soraka combo, the sustain is crazy and so many free stats for armor and mr means nearly a free runic bulwark.
