You're right, it wasn't that way before - it definitely went to L4D2 - and now the Slickdeals page shows the offer as expired. So my guess is it was a pricing mistake and any orders made will be canceled soon.
I'd sue if they canceled my order! they advertised it, i bought it at that price, i better get it at that price! Ha ha, it says it's out of order anyway, so yeah, someone's loosing thier job!

I'm not sure if all retail stores will honor a non-"brick & mortor" stores advertisment. What would stop me from making twodavez.com a retail place online and then advertise prices for games that i happen to be out of stock. Typically they'll only honor it if it's another larger retail store... But that's just what i've experienced back when i worked at Sear's. (which was 6 years ago)
In fact i think Meijer won't price match for walmart because walmart's quality of products are different. So while your buying hanes socks, you're getting a different quality at meijer vs walmart...
