Kind of an odd game too take to me, but I started a few days ago and I cant get enough. If anyone feels like they may want to play with me I have a server! My brother and I play on it and want to populate with a few people that we know to avoid griefing. Let me know if anyone is interested

I may be interested.

I setup my WHS to run a Minecraft server for internal usage. That way the kids can all play together.

Tomorrow night we are having a little family Minecraft LAN after I get home from work!

It's the best of both worlds!! You get to play "lego's" with your kids and yet do it on your computer!! haha

I havent fowarded any ports yet in my router, so for now its still just internal, but when I do, I wil let you know.

Just 2 more questions... is it a Beta server, and also, does your server do authentication through minecraft.net?

This is a server set up at my house. Twodaves has been going there as well as me, my kids, and a couple of local friends. No griefing, stealing, and rebuild anything that is destroyed by a creeper that you caused to explode.

I have started a server as well that is available to the outside world, for everyone who may not be a "premium" user....

If you want to join, PM me with the name you want to use in the game, and I will add you to the op list and send you the server name .

hahaha we played with her last night...it was funny. She was mad about someone being in her apartment I guess...decided to make a security "thingy" and failed....then got bored and filled our lil shack up with dirt lol

hey guys, sorry i didnt respond. Currently only have a couple people on my server, and havent really advertised it at all. Just built a basic structure and going to construct a water park. Ill be on a lot so hop in if you want to chat or check the server out. I'll keep it backed up incase of major griefing

Finally gave it a try, built a mine/dungeon thingy on Nacelle's server. If you see a big cobblestone building in the grass next to the giant middle fingers, thats mine. Killed about three hours without realizing it.

Well, I keep getting robbed on Necelles server and people leave craters all over my little area so I'm not getting back on so you guys can do what you want to my stuff. No hard feelings, just gonna go to Daveyo's server.

Speaking of taking people's things, someone named soulstealer or something died in front of me in my narrow, one-square-wide hallway. I still got his stuff, just waiting to see him again.

could use a few more people! Currently have 5 residents. Want to cap it at about 10 total people until minecraft gets serious with there server software.

Server support is weak since the game's in beta it seems.

Anyone from lanoc is welcome. Have some neat ideas if you just want to take a look.

animal farm (harvests the animals in one area and drops them from the sky)
lazy river
soon to be zombie farm
glass apartments going up

Shroud and I are makin a Desert Guild House out of Sandstone! You wanna join the guild you're welcome! The guild involves helping eachother out with project and equipment and such. We're also thinking of setting up a trade system (Daveyo was the first one to think of it)
