Supposedly IGN has an "unnamed" source that kindly provided them with Nintendo's newest handle held specifications on the 3DS. Nintendo hasn't confirmed nor denied these so you can take them with however much salt you want.
The processor or should I say processors are dual ARM11 chips clocked 266MHz, onboard memory is 64MB of RAM with a GPU clocked at 166MHz with 4MB VRAM and 1.5GB of flash storage.
Doesn't seem to bad considering Nintendo is usually all about battery life and really aren't known for pushing the graphics bar high. Even then my phone has more RAM and running faster then this thing so it will be interesting to see what Nintendo and their developers can do with this thing.
I really want to see a demo of this thing in person since I think it is going to be hard to relay the 3D effects on game to information on the web. It is going to be more along the lines of "You just had to be there to see it."
