Some of you may recall my beloved first gaming PC, "Erika." Now that she has a fancy new case (thanks Wes), I have decided to make some more modifications to the old case and sell it.

www.facebook.com/album.php?aid=182197&id=515268870

Original Case:
Thermaltake Strike Mx VI6001BNS

Modifications made:
LCD Fan Controller/Thermometer + Knob
"Sheet Metal" paint-job with black accents

Mods in consideration:
Exhaust fan on top-rear
Lighted front bezel
Contact power for right panel*
Military Switches for fans in front bay
Rectangle rocker switch for power/reset
Sound dampening misc. mods

Any suggestions and comments are welcome.

*Power for the LCD and 230mm fan are supplied by molex connectors, which must be disconnected when removing the side panel from the case. An example of something similar to what I plan on constructing can be seen on the Thermaltake Element V.

Looks really good. I almost thought you just just the blinds closed half way with a light on behind the and that's what the pattern was, but it's not,a nd i'm sure would look evern better with a little more light being shinned on it so we could see the fading of the grey to black :)

I agree, i hope my comment didn't seem negative, it's hard to show sarcasim online. I think it looks good, glad you got it done for free, i bet paying for it would not have been cheap.

No, not at all. I got it done by the collision repair class in the career center I used to attend.
