Overclocking GPU Question

Which one is better and why? Why would you choose one, reliability, tried and true, better results, less bugzilla reports?

Use the Overclock utility from the Motherboard Maker or From the GPU Maker itself?

I've changed some of the settings in the bios for the GPU, however I found the ease of using a Windows based utility a lot easier and can control more add-ons as well.

I'm a little unclear on what you are talking about from the motherboard manufactures.

For Nvidia I use EVGA precision but MSI and Asus's offerings are just as good.

For AMD I use the built in software in the AMD drivers but again AMD and MSI's offerings are great

Wing sorry, but I'm afraid I just don't know enough about overclocking to be any help. One fun fact though, it's Lan "Ohio City", but that is a crazy easy mistake. "Sometimes you need to remember where you come from to know where your going" lol. Long live LanOC!
