Tax time upgrades/pre LAN upgrades was created by garfi3ld

I haven't really seen any build logs pop up showing off any of these tax time updates along with all of you making changes prior to the LAN. Whats everyone got up their sleeve?

Other than that, looking at the water blocks for the 580s and the pedestal for the case.

Mine was all either during Christmas or within the past month. Wasn't really upgrades as more
of it were repairs.

1st SSD Drive
New Cooler Master Hyper 212
New Quick Release Bezels for the Case
RMA'd Drives for the Case
RMA'd Mainboard
Almost RMA'd myself out frustration with all the problems. :whistle:

2 more Sticks of Ram for the Case.

Laptop Additional Drive for Storage.

Near Future (Upgrade the CPU)

Non- Gaming Related.

Decommissioned Two Printers for 1 New One.

HP Officejet Pro 8600A Plus

It replaced a 12 year old HP 932c and a Canon Faxphone/Printer.

Ive been working on mine. I drilled some holes in the case last night. Took some pics...I will be posting them soon.

Prob picking up a chip with the next pay check, in combination with tax return I think I can sleep easy with that decision. Really thinking about building an HTPC so I can have a dedicated machine to watch livestreams on my TV.

I will make a build log soon. I have shipments coming from Newegg, Frozencpu, and Xoxide. All of it shipped today. Haf X, Crosshair V, Vertex 3 120gb, 2tb Seagate, Mushkin Enhanced Redline 8GB 1600, Lamptron Touch, Bolt on Side Window, Fans, Leds, and some sleeved cables. I still will have to get some paint. I also have a couple good ideas for some mods using acrylic. I will post pics when everything shows up and I can get started. Should look pretty good in the end.

My latest Mod has 4 Wheels and takes Gas... My PC hasn't changed much since last Lan OC outing.

I'm still running the same rig as I was last time, but I have a Radeon HD 6950 now instead of a 5870. The 5870 died.

I'll have to see If I can get him back into shape. Last outing we had battery issues (not holding a charge) and He took on a Steel Door Frame. Punched a hole in the drywall... Dented the 1/8" aluminum dome, broke an eye out of the dome, and blew a door off the body.
Fixing the Eye and the Door is easy. Getting the correct replacement batteries in time will be harder. I may just have to have him be static and light up

If I can't get the batts in time.. Safety is a big issue as a 100Lb R2 out of control can do allot of damage to the fleshy meatbags that like to hang out around him

If R2 is there I'm pretty sure it will be the Slowest machine in the building... I think the Cpus in the new trendnet switches maybe faster

Got the new tubing installed and all ready for the LAN. System is bled and working great. I am liking the new look of the bigger pipes.
