"The write speeds that the F100 was able to produce were amazingly fast, while the read speeds were about where the other drives were in about half of the testing. The Corsair drive's write speeds are what make it shine. The SandForce Controller was able to prove itself in that aspect."

"Fast". It's a word that can be explained in a billion different ways, but one of my favorites is to talk about the potential of OCZ's Enyo SSD. As a portable drive, it delivers mind-blowing performance, at up to 200MB/s for both the read and write, and as an added perk, it's small, stylish, and priced surprisingly well

Whenever you start a discussion about MP3 players, you have to address the elephant in the room. Yes, we all know that the Apple iPod dominates this space, but that does not mean that we should ignore all the other options. Before you head out and blindly buy another iPod, maybe you should take a moment to look at the Creative ZEN X-Fi Style 8GB to see if it might work better for you. It’s meant to be an inexpensive, compact alternative to something like the iPod nano. Let’s check it out!

One of the primary reasons that PC video games are so popular is because they offer precision control and accuracy beyond what the gaming console can deliver. Tools are an important part of the trade, and to be the best you've got to use the best equipment. Logitech is keenly aware of these fundamentals, which is why they've created an entire business around high-performance peripherals. In this article, Benchmark Reviews tests the Logitech G9x Laser Gaming Mouse (model 910-001152) in fast-paced FPS action games such as Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 and Battlefield: Bad Company 2.

“We all knew that when the Apple iPad was announced, there was going to be tons of accessories come down the line, just as was the story with the iPod and iPhone. With the iPad being touted as not only a productivity and multimedia consumption device, but also an e-reader, we could assume that accessories that prop, slant or otherwise hold your device at a certain angle would be forthcoming. Today I have for you one such device; the LapWorks iPad Recliner ($34.95). This is an adjustable stand capable of holding your iPad (or other similarly shaped device) at different angles for your reading pleasure.”

The RADEON HD 5450 from AXLE is a passively cooled video card with a very precise purpose: to be used in a single or multi-monitor setup for 2D applications or watching High Definition movies. The 3D performance is low, can be compared to the 4550 and it is not recommended for the latest games, but the card is passively cooled and should make for a nice HTPC component.

"If you have between USD 115 and USD 120 to spend on a CPU, you have two choices, the Athlon II X4 640 (which is a quad-core CPU running at 3 GHz) or the Core i3 530 (which is a dual-core CPU running at 2.93 GHz). Which one should you buy? That is what we will try to find out in this review."

Now the idea behind the Kula TV is great, everyone would love to tell the old cable company to take a hike and replace them with a free alternative such as the Kula TV. Unfortunately in our testing the Kula TV fell a bit short in our opinion and we were left feeling a little disappointed with this product. I thought that the features that the Kula TV includes were great in theory, however the implementation of some of the features (local media player for example) needs a little more work. . .

"The Axle Radeon HD 5450 is targeted for a very specific audience - inexpensive performance, low profile systems, low power, and home theater audiences. Gaming is not this card's specialty, but then again it is not supposed to be. For better results I would suggest the 5550 line or if low profile form factors are not needed, then the 5570 or higher would be far better choices on purely the gaming aspect of the market, especially when both the 5450 and 5550 are within the same price range."

The past few months, Thermaltake has been launching more of the products we saw at CES 2010. At the event, we saw a demonstration that involved the Frio versus a Zalman CNPS9900A which is a very common, performance cooler still in use by many enthusiasts. With the Core i7 screaming at 4.4 GHz on a pair of ASUS motherboards, the system with the 9900A eventually blue screened due to very high temps, whereas the Thermaltake Frio kept things cool enough to run for the length of the entire demo.

"We previously reviewed the media hub AC Ryan PlayOn!HD Mini and were rather impressed with it. However, that was only a baby compared to what we're looking at today. It's price may not be much higher, but on paper the 1TB non-mini version seems to come packing a nice few extras. Lets see how it compares to its smaller brother and whether it's worth the extra investment cost. "
