Roughly three months have passed since Valve unleashed Steam (along with a handful of Source games) onto Mac OS X. Early performance results were disappointing, but Valve has been working with Apple to eke some extra speed out of OS X's graphics drivers. Yesterday's Snow Leopard Graphics Update is the first result of that collaboration, and it has given us some encouraging results.
