Wes and I were talking you might want to get 2 bottles of fluid just in case.

Wes thought of one more thing..

www.frozencpu.com/products/11480/scr-229...html?tl=g55c515s1457

they are long screws for mounting through the fan into the radiator. You would need 3 of that link.

You should be able to use your normal case screws to mount the radiator to the case.

Changed the pump and reservoir. Also did compression 90' fittings on the CPU block and did black hose

Not sure if I really wanna drop the cash on this but if I could sell all the stuff that I have for sale I would feel much better about it.

Great coolant choice !!!! Fesar 1, 2 year shelf life, I have reused this stuff in differnt rigs, also if you have a leak it wont destroy your components :), Your case was made for this type of setup.

Brandon - I was looking at pumps and reservoir's like that but I want everything on the PSU side of the case. Plus I would still have to buy the pump which is $90 and a couple of other things, like the 90 degree compression fittings. I tried to save cash where I could and spend it on stuff that would make it look nice.

I actually don't like water cooling that much cause everyone does it wrong IMO. They have tubes running all over the place and it looks cluttered. That's doesn't include you JJ, lol. I wanted something really simple that you wouldn't really see and the list that I posted would do that. All you would see is the water block and the two tubes running to it, that is it. I would hide everything else on the PSU side of my case and you would never see it.

The Maximum Security build log is way over the top but the way that he ran the tubes for the loops is what really caught my eye. It's done in a way that wasn't tacky and looked very clean. He is one of the few that I would say have gotten it right in how to run water cooling tubes.

lets put it this way...this was a NeXus Lan a few years ago... xD haha, no offence to whoever that was, but, it's self explanatory.

Yea, that is what I don't want to have it look like, lol.

I just sold my Nexus S so now I have to think about $245 for the upgrade instead of $345.

Well, everything is ordered, should be here sometime next week. Had to get the pump sleeved for a cleaner look, 2 more fans for the radiator and different tubing that what I posted. I went with flat black tubing for cleaner look along with it matching the case.

Looks like the Main Rig is heading up to Van Wert with me for Christmas for a water cooling upgrade. I will update the rebuild thread with those picks once I get all the stuff and start building.

Over the Christmas break I headed up to Van Wert to spend the holidays with some friends. I took along the Main Rig to get the water cooling upgrade installed. We didn't run into that many issues but "bleeding" out the system proved to be difficult. After all of the air was out of the system on the way home, I really noticed the difference between the H50 and a dedicated water cooling setup. This thing is stupid quiet! It has 10 120mm fans on it but they only spin at 800RPM's. With the low airflow but many fans it does a great job of cooling off the CPU. As for the rest it's still really cool. The GPU's never hit 60c in game and the HDD's have yet to get above 35c. Overall it was a great upgrade. There are a couple of quirk's with water cooling, mostly just figuring out how to run the tubing and were to mount everything.

This is what it's running at right now, Vent, HWMonitor, EVGA Precision, WHS console, Steam and 7 tabs in Chrome.

Here are some final picks with the new case and new water cooling installed.

I am not a fan of sleeving cables. It just looks weird to me. On some of them yes, like in the back but the others? Na, I like the way that it sits now.
