RR turbo? I was seeing that with my burst speed but the best I would see down consistently was 20, sometimes 17

this is what I am hitting right now consistently on my new connection btw. And I can still browse the net and I have torrents uploading at .70 MB/s. I can't wait to see what the 50 down would be like lol

Not sure if Chrome handles tabs different, but I have about 57 tabs open in Firefox while on dial-up, not a problem. Only issue would be RAM perhaps. And unless twitter sends photos and video, it's probably pulling around 92kbps tops. Unless their code sucks. Lol get dl'ing that HD donky pr0n and then we'll talk.
