For those that don't know, a 4890 is still a pretty good card. I know for a fact that is faster than a GTX260 and pretty close to a 5830.

Hell yeah a 4890 is still a viable options. I have one and haven't had any game choke on it to be honest. I got mine used on ebay for like 160 bucks if I had the space for a second one
I would totally slap one in.

The thing you have to make her understand is that, there isn't a magazine in the world that's going to want to feature those purchases on the cover! Your PC is, so maybe that should help direct the future purchases in your household!

Picked up a dock for my phone. Didn't think I needed one but now I couldn't live with out it.

Just realized that my phone is finger print magnet. Gesh, that's pretty bad.





Also picked up lens hood for my SLR. Was getting some weird lighting effects in my pictures. No more.
