Overall and Final Verdict

Recognizing that a mousepad is a creature of preference, the ThunderStorm aims to provide a solution for everyone. Two choices of finished surfaces as well as the keyboard-friendly “L” cut help it gets pretty close to that goal, an obvious exception being if you simply prefer a soft mouse pad. Although I ran into a few very minor issues during my use, I genuinely enjoyed my time with MSI’s latest gaming surface. I fear my time with it following this review will be short lived though, since my son lays claim to any piece of equipment with a dragon on it.
