You know we are starting to get into the meat of the holidays when we people start getting a little more generous. Today Verizon Wireless announces that November 26th, the day before Thanksgiving is now “Connection Day”. To celebrate they are working with a whole list of companies to give away freebies for all wireless consumers, not just Verison Wireless customers. They are looking to give away gifts courtesy of Amazon, Apple, Boingo Wireless, Conde Nast, Gogo Technologies JetBlue and Pandora. Verizon Wireless customers will get an extra bonus if they sign up, they will get an additional 1GB of data at no extra cost!
What do they have planned?
·Amazon: Selection of 10 free/discounted apps, two free Audible book downloads (new members) and $10 Audible credit (current members).
· Apple: special offer from iTunes to be revealed on Nov. 26
· Conde Nast: Free Digital Edition downloads of all 17 Conde Nast Publications, including Wired, Vanity Fair and GQ
· Free Wi-Fi: Complimentary Internet sessions through Boingo Wireless (at airports) and Gogo Technologies (inflight)
· JetBlue: Free in-flight Fly Fi (Wi-Fi) for the duration flights between November 26th and December 31th.
· Pandora Media: Free seven-day trial of Pandora One.
