Our Razer visit this year was fairly focused. I had planned on having lunch with RazerGuy like we did last year but a problem in scheduling messed this up. So when we got in we took a tour of the booth but all I really wanted to do was get my hands on the Fiona tablet that everyone was talking about. Look all the way to the bottom for the video ;)
We took a look at the upcoming Razer Blade laptop. I didn’t spend too much time here because the longer I look at it the more I want to get one. Preorders will be open VERY soon I was told.
For CES Razer also introduced a new version of their Naga called the Hex. This version has fewer side buttons but they are placed in a way that they are all easy to reach. The focus of this one is more on FPS gamers than the MMO Naga.
And there it is.. The Razer Fiona
Although this is still a prototype the way it was explained to me is that this is much farther along than the Switchblade was last year. They said that it does have a version of an Intel Ivy Bridge CPU inside so we shouldn’t expect to hear to much more about it until Ivy Bridge launches this spring.
I did get to get my hands on it and even a little footage as seen below!
