Now that V1.04 is out, wait for it, Nvidia SLi has been added. Woohoo. There is also a host of other fixes that can be found in the link above. If you are a Crossfire / SLi user this patch will also fix the Graphical Flickering problem along with FPS improvements.
Binary Domain
Want to shoot some robots? Then look no further than Binary Domain. From the crazy peeps over at Sega think iRobot mixed with Gears of War. I watched the quick look over on Giant Bomb and was impressed. Not sure if its going to be a day one purchase but I will keep everyone updated as the game comes out.
Midweek Madness Sale 1
If you haven’t picked up Portal 2 nows your chance. Until Thursday you can buy it for $9.99 for a savings of 50% off. This is by far one of the best games of all time. Great gameplay and a story that will rival movies. I throughouly injoyed my multiple playthroughs.
Midweek Madness Sale 2
The Total War series has been making waves ever since it came out. With Total War Shogun 2 you can pick up the entire game and all the DLC for 75% off. Remember, all Midweek Madness sales end on Thursday at 7pm EST.
Left Field
Someone needs to plug the holes around the Nvidia Kepler launch. That launch has more leaks that the Titanic. We have seen some leaked benchmark scores. Should be an interesting launch to say the least. Keep it tuned to LanOC for the most up to date review and news of Kepler.
GPU-z has been updated to version 0.6.0. With support for Nvidia’s Kepler line of GPU’s along with the AMD 7800 series. Grab the download here.

Nice little write up over on PCPer about the new Asetek all-in-one liquid setup for laptops. An interesting read to say the least.
Rumours are abound of the Intel Ivy Bridge launch inbound. According to sources the date to take your new CPU out to dinner is March 23rd.
This might be off kilter but with everyone rocking bad ass phones now take a look at this Dual USB charger over at Legit Reviews. I have one similar that I bought many moons ago and love it.
Big thanks goes out to Forum user Ender for making up this slick LanOC Checklist. Give it a look in Google Docs. I would print it out and use it for this weekend. Thanks again Ender.
Looks like our friends over at Seagate returned from the lab with some good news. Bigger HDD density. Thanks to Engadget for the link.
I gotta hand it to gamers, we take things way too far.
Remember to pack your bags and clean that dirty ass PC that’s been living in your mom’s closest the last couple of months. LanOC V10 is this weekend. Grab the checklist, mark stuff off, jam it in the car and head to Van Wert. We’ll see everyone on Saturday morning. Safe travels to all. Can’t wait to see some old friends.
Until next week
