I'd back leonresevil2 on this! LOL, I'll eat bacon, but I dont like it. Aka if someone makes it, it's polite to eat their food if your a guest. But you won't see me make it for myself. Maybe turkey bacon though.

I already volunteered to do it all, making pancakes is very easy and is a oner person job, thought process is to put a double burner gridle on the stove, then use a George Forman style grill that opens up to double gridles. Then microwave the sausage. I anticipated using the oven to keep everything warm, but i'm sure i could find or use a large warmer.
I agree that the heat wouldn't be a problem as it's still pretty cool in the morning and the building honestly is cold when i've woken up there, so i kinda figured that into the proposal.
Bottom line is, i'll do everything, bring supplies, whip up the pancakes and microwave the sausage, the Bacon is the only thing that's going to be the pain in the A$$ since it takes longer to cook, and people usually eat tons of it. That's the only thing i wanted "help" with, everything can be handled by me, so long as we can do it in the kitchen.
Just let me know what the final ruling on the topic is. If there is enough interest, which it seems like there is, i can plan on bringing everything and if it's just too warm at 8 am, then we won't do it. That's my $.02 :woohoo:

While nice, you shouldn't do meat. It will make it too hard to coordinate. That and it makes it harder to figure price. A box of mix is only a couple bux. Besides my wife never makes meat with pancakes, and I'm perfectly happy.

Personally I'd love to see sausage and/or bacon, but that's just me.

Appreciate the thought, but the sausage shouldn't be that much and i really haven't even factored in the cost/price ratio. i figure if i make a little money, cool, as long as i don't loose more than $20 on the deal i won't care. It's not about the money, i love doing fun things like this!

I am going to give this the go ahead to give you time to get things ready Dave.

As for the heat issue. I know we haven't had an issue in the past. My concern isn't with how the A/C performed last event. In April we had to run the heat, it was cold outside. Our last fall event the was later in the year and it wasn't hot. The last time we had an August event was two years ago and we had issues with the A/C, and we were far from sold out at the time.

I just wanted to point this out to let everyone know where I'm coming from in my original issues. Nomatter the issues I want everyone to have a good time and how can you have a better time than PANCAKES! Looking forward to them Dave.
