Some friends and I were considering coming to LANOC 7, but we are kinda addicted to Battlefield Bad Company 2 and that naturally requires internet access. We know LANs are about LAN games but as this would be a 5+ hour drive for us we'd be sad if we couldn't squeeze some Bad Company 2 in somewhere in our night. So I ask, will you guys be having internet access, open for internet gaming?

yes, we will have roadrunner turbo as internet at the lan short of any problems. I can't make any promises as to the speed of the internet once we have 50+ people using it. Generally it is fine, but it only takes a few people downloading steam updates to cause a slowdown.

Make sure you speak up when you're playing that. It's one of my favorite games.

OP: take notice of the post here about the Bad Company 2 server that will be available for use during the LAN also.

Just maje sure you guys sign up soon, without prepaying you won't get a raffle ticket
