Well, if any of you have been watching RAM prices..they have been slowly creeping up over the last few months. I can remember picking up a nice 8GB kit of DDR3 1600 from multiple manufacturers for as little as $40.00. Now, most higher quality kits are over $60.00 (yes, you can still find some value kits for less)

Anyway, was looking around and found this. Nice stuff. 1600 speed, CAS 8 and 1.5v. I picked up a kit and may grab another for a spare.

$79.99 -$28.00 from Promo Code SCS15213 = $52.00 FS.

As I was writing this, I came across another kit that looks good too, especially if you are in need of some low-pro stuff. $56.00 FS www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820148656

Ram does this. It will climb then drop over a year.

Well, this is typically true, but I think DDR3 prices have hit their lowest a while back and now we will see the prices stay where they are at best. DDR4 is around the corner and my guess is DDR3 will not drop back down again before DDR4 is out if it does at all.
