I'd feel more comfortable buying a refurb TBH. All bias put aside (and honestly I have nothing against Razer other than Synpase), Razer has acknowledged that they have suffered some quality issues. A focused repair may put this in a better condition than new.garfi3ld wrote: I wonder if the refurb version will have that issue fixed?
I have one as well, but I rarely use it

I don't know if certain products suffer from quality issues more than others. I think that may be the case. My first mouse was a Razer Diamonback that still works great, and I have a few friends with keyboards that are going on a strong couple of years. I know the Onza for example had a lot of complaints. I think I remember them acknowledging it specifically, but that may have been a selling point for the Sabertooth which is essentially Onza v2.Myndmelt wrote: I was just curious because I have never owned a Razer product and I have heard from a number of people that they like the product but it will just die one day, sometimes a week after the warranty expired. Most of the stuff is too expensive to just last one year if you ask me.
