I got them in yesterday. There smaller than I thought, and the sound 7.1 surround sounds great. Now I need a chance to game for 5 hours or so.

I have a bunch of new hardware showing up today for a new case mod. I will start a build log for it but here's one of the items I'm excited about

Have the wired version of that headset Woody, love it!

Always liked the ASUS GPU's. I just don't like that they vent into the case. That's alright though, still a great card.

I am kinda trying my hand at YouTube commentaries. I already had the mic, but you can hear the keyboard and typing when I get it close enough to pick up my voice pretty well. The stand and such will take care of that.

Nice one! Do you really have the 3dfx AGP 5500? I still have mine.It was 300.00 from Stone Computer in 1999 or 2000. I believe. Nice nice nice card, you just got!

Uroboch and i picked up a few things to prepare for LAN OC.

Uroboch is the Trooper and I am the Stryker.

The intel board in the pic for my build died...so I replaced it with an MSI Z77 MPower board.

Trooper is an AMD FX8350 8 core at 4.5ghz.

Stryker is an Intel i7 3770k at 4.5Ghz.

If I plug the card into the 1st slot(16x), there is no output. If I put it into the 2nd slot (8x) it seems to work. EVGA said to update my BIOS, did that, still no resolve... Im working with a few ppl over on the ROG forums to hopefully get this taken care of.

From what Im seeing, this could be an issue with PCIe 3.0 and the chipset.
I shouldnt have to plug in the power to the 6-pin right near slot 1 unless I plan on OCing the card i think.
