Hopefully its not too personal tht it violates the Rules of the site... I didn't post any pics, so June 9th could be anything to anyone

No worries. Just as the terms help protect someone from losing their job, they also allow you to post whatever the hell you feel like. As long as the former and latter don't conflict.
