Riot Games is looking into changes to a jungle item with random chance damage, including a poll on conceptual changes. League of Legends has been gradually removing random chance effects, what are your thoughts on such changes? I think Dota has a lot more randomness.

TBH I've never put much thought into it until I read the comments on the thread. A lot of good points. Playing ADC technically I guess I use random chance with IE.

I know I hate the random factor, I hate getting buffs by accident (unless the laner is failing me) or having the jungler take it. I'd prefer predictability. I figure it will be the flat damage, as Ionic Spark was every 4th but still got changed.

I'd prefer if Madred's scaled with more than just attack speed, since Spirit Stone has so many options for different types of junglers. I could see Jungle Ezreal becoming a real problem with Wriggles, Elder Lizard, and Iceborne Gauntlet. It's such a weird concept but it sadly works in the current metagame.
