Rufus Not Working for Making Windows Install USB was created by funglus

Built a PC recently but have problem in making a bootable USB. A lot of people recommend Rufus as the burning tool but it never succeed in my case.

Windows 7 64bit ISO
SanDisk 16G USB 2.0

I haven't used Rufus. I haven't installed windows 7 in a while but Microsoft does have a tool for making it bootable as well
