As it says I'd like recommendations for a 2.1 Speaker System. I recently went or will go from a 5.1 system to a 2.1 because of space limitations.

2.1 is what I prefer as well. I've personally been running an amp with bookshelf speakers for a while. I liked the Corsair SP2500's a lot but they don't make them anymore. Klipsch has a good set of 2.1's as well and they are from Indy

I personally don't care for THX certified "effects" on my 2.1 speaker setups. It plays with the audio to much for me

We also have the Sound Blaster Katana both on my wifes PC and also in our living room that we like as well. It doesn't take up as much space

If they had that one in stock for Klipsch I'd buy it in a heart beat. I guess I can wait to get them. Went to Klipsch.com last night and couldnt find anything like that.

If you were referring to the THX model on amazon, it's the same one I linked to on theri website. They just gave it a different name on Amazon for some reason.

I ended up going with your recommendation! getting the 2.1 Klipsch set tomorrow! Can't wait to get them hooked up.

Only bad thing is that I paid about 20.00 more on Amazon to a company that had them in stock. Klipsch themselves wont have any back in stock till mid May.

When I mean I paid more for them I do, Klipsch lists them at 149.00 and I had a 10 percent off Coupon code on top of that.

Love me some of these speakers! The range of highs to lows is great along with the deep bass of the subwoofer.

Only downside is that they say Made in China on them. I thought Klipsch was an American company right here in Indianapolis, Indiana?
