Windows 8.1 Releases Wednesday

Per the article it launches this coming Wednesday aka not today.

Whom is ready to download it as soon as possible or whenever their servers would allow the download given how many will be trying at the same time (your download will of course be very slow the same day) and who is going to wait a while for say a few patches that are sure to pop up right away after this within a month or so?

Post up a short answer to with route your taking? Or if Garfi3ld would like to do a poll would be wonderful too!

Side Note: The day after is the 4th of July. A great deal of people will be celebrating and not hitting up Microsoft for the download I'd assume...

Still rocking Windows 7. Don't see moving to any version of 8 just yet. It's a PC not a tablet! lol

I use Windows 8, ignore Metro and have still found it to be a valuable upgrade. Lots of good new features.

If you use Classic Shell , a free addon , you can make Windows 8 look like Windows 7 or even Windows XP.

I am going to download Windows 8.1 and try it out.

Anyone give this a shot yet?
