opinion on an upgrade

So this is what I am looking at... I have been intel guys for almost 10 years now, but the prices of AMD is making me look. What are your guys opinion on both of these.

My current rig spec is in the footer, but the motherboard seem to be failing.

if it was me I would go with the Intel setup. But that is just me.
