Logitech G9x Laser Mouse
When it comes to mice and keyboards gaming or otherwise there is one company everyone recognizes. Logitech is by far the largest peripheral manufacture in the world. In fact December of last year they produced their Billionth mouse, that’s a lot of mice! They have also made a name for themselves with the G series of gaming peripherals including the popular g15 and g5. Today I have the chance to take a look at the G9x, Logitech’s most recently released gaming mouse. I should have high hopes considering its family, but I can’t help to be a little unsure. I was a big fan of the g5’s shape and the G9x doesn’t resemble the g5 at all, so who knows.

Sennheiser PC-350 Gaming Headset
When it comes to headphones and microphones for aviation and some of the biggest names in music they have relied on Sennheiser products for years. It was only natural that they would venture into the gaming headset market. In the time sense then, they have made a name for themselves with high quality sound along with microphones. Their most recent gaming headset the PC-350 is their top dog with full over the ear cups that I love so much. After a little begging they sent a pair for me to try out, let’s see if they live up to their reputation.
Razer Sphex
Everyone has their own idea of what perfect is, this is why you see such a wide variety or products. Mouse pads are the same way, one pad may be the end all be all for one person, and another person could hate it. Because of that we have seen Razer produce hard and soft mouse pads in the past year. Today I will be taking a look at their newest design aim directly at people who don’t like using a mouse pad at all. The Razer Sphex claims to be the thinnest mouse pad on the market. Let’s hope performance isn’t figured by weight! Read more…
Cooler Master Storm Scout Case
Cooler Master introduced their line of gamer focused cases at the beginning of this year. I was lucky enough to win a computer that included their Storm Sniper case, I have been using it for a few months and have been very impressed with the small details. Today we have the pleasure of taking a closer look at Cooler Master Storm’s newest chassis the Scout. The Scout is a mid tower with a focus on portability for gamers who need to transport their rig to LAN Partys and tournaments, in other words its right up our ally!
Cooler Master HAF 922
Cooler Master has made their name producing PC cases for gamers that provide good cooling along with innovative styling. This past August Cooler Master introduced a new case called the HAF 932, HAF being an acronym for High Air Flow. If all of their cases have top of the line cooling, what is it they considered high air flow? With 4 fans adding up to 830mm’s of fan along with a ton of mesh the HAF defiantly lived up to its name. Of course with it being a full sized case there was a demand for a mid tower version. Today we have the unique opportunity to look at what Cooler Master designed to fill that gap before you can even buy it in stores. Today we take a look at the HAF 922 and find out if it will live in the shadow of its big brother, or make a name for itself also.
Thrustmaster Run-N-Drive PC/PS3 Wireless Gamepad @ Benchmark Reviews
“Since testing computer hardware products is a PC-centric task, I’ve never wandered very far from what I know. But after writing my editorial Year In Review: 2008 Computer Hardware Industry Failure it seemed wrong not to taste the forbidden fruit… so I purchased a Sony PlayStation 3. Aside from the PS3 system, which quickly received an Editors Choice Award-winning Solid State Drive upgrade, I also purchased nearly two-dozen games and a Blu-ray remote control. I soon discovered that my racing skills were lacking… and I needed an edge. Enter the new-and-improved Thrustmaster Ru! n’N'Drive wireless gamepad, model 4160527. Now unplugged and built around the 2.4 GHz wireless radio band, this PC/PS2/PS3-compatible controller takes the Sony SIXAXIS to the next level and adds an optical wheel and under-belly triggers.”

Tritton AXPro 5.1 Headset
Some time ago we reviewed Tritton’s quality headset, the AX51 5.1 Headset. At that point I was thoroughly impressed with the set, so much so in fact, I took them to our last local party LanOC V.3. I decided that even with the power brick as an anchor, the superior quality warranted the hassle. It seems that Tritton was dissatisfied with their previous attempt at chaining me to my desk with just one adapter because they just released a new top of the line model: the Tritton AXPro. As you may have guessed, this device’s number of earthly tethers are greater than the last, possessing a staggering two power adapters for one single headset. Tritton sent us one of these beastly headsets to see if they live up to their status as well as their power consumption. This means that, once again, as we review this headset, I can no longer move from my workstation. My name is Thomas Gilligan, and if you are reading this, I am being held against my will by the Tritton AXPro.

Razer Lycosa Mirror Edition
As much of a fan of Razer products that I have been I have yet to own one of their keyboards. When they brought out the Tarantula keyboard I seriously considered picking one up. But after testing one out I decided to go with the 2nd generation G15 that I still use. Because of this I was really excited when our friends at Razer asked if we wanted to take a look at their new keyboard (ok so I may have begged a little). Today I am going to tell you my experiences with this new keyboard, will it live up to the hype of all of the other Razer products?
Evo-G IMP1 Illuminated Mouse Pad
Radio Detection and Ranging. We commonly refer to this technology as radar. A priceless boon to military efforts anywhere, oft the chagrin of gamers everywhere. Strategy itself can be turned on its head in any game that allows the use of this technology. Did I mention that a radar display generally looks pretty sweet? Evo-G has picked up on this fact, and used the concept when developing their IMP1 Illuminated Mouse Pad. Whether the intention is to rub salt in the wounds of all gamers betrayed by radar, or to simply look cool remains to be seen, but the IMP1 is marketed as a gaming mouse pad and Evo-G tossed one our way to find out some stuff for ourselves.
Nyko 360 Charge Station
There isn’t anything like being in the middle of a game and having to stop to change batteries. Let’s hope you have fresh batteries someplace in the house. If not its going to mean you’re going to have to make a quick trip to the store to pick up few AA batteries. This is where Nyko comes in with their Charge Station for the Xbox 360. Check out what we thought of it.
