Ok, so not to cut the poll short for input. Since some I have seen the rules I posted. We decided to go with BYOT (Bring your own Team) format for Counter Strike Source and Starcraft 2.

NOW, for those that like the random team, we are plan something for you as well, and it will be announced soon.
